Return Policy
At Nally Works LLC, most of our products are custom-made, personalized, or made to order. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is an issue with the order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.
To help us review the issue, please include:
Your name
Order number
Photos of the item and packaging
A short description of the problem
Custom Orders
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved design.
Non-Custom Items
For standard, non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If we made a mistake with your order, or if the item arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be available.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
